Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We had Eric Smith in our house today checking a main drain line. It was a high pressure situation as we just sold our house and the closing is conditional on the drain line being cleared as a recommendation of a bad home inspector. Eric was nice, did a good job, and seemed honest. I would definitely have him in our house again. Thank you.

Eric is the absolute BEST! He is hardworking, friendly, explained what he was going to do clearly and fully but most importantly, he is honest. He gave me different options for a solution, which provided me great peace of mind. He is trustworthy and the only plumber I will call from now on. I couldn't be happier with the work he completed in my home. He is someone who knows his job well and its evident that he loves what he does. I will absolutely be calling him back :) Thank you!

We had called them twice for a water/pipe issue at work and the person over on the other line said a plumber would be here within 2 hours and no one showed. So we called again and was told the guy is just running a little late. I was here until 9 PM and no one ever showed up. If you can't deliver, then don't make any promises. On top of that, I get a call that someone did "show up" but no one was here and they wanted to charge us for that. Ridiculous! Go to Battlefield Plumbing, because they are honest and helpful.

They showed up exactly when they said they would and were very quick clearing the tree roots that had blocked flow to my drain. The plumber that came was Andrew (Employee ID 74) and he was very respectful and careful while working in my finished basement.
