Billy Bee Plumbing

We needed our main water shut off valve fixed. Billy Bee sent out a polite young guy who made sure it was ok to wear his shoes through the house to his work area, then he still wiped them REALLY well. The work itself was exceptionally fast (although it originally had a tiny leak, at least you know they waste no time). We lucked out with timing for the city turning the water back on from the street, because the guy was here and able to fix it when it started leaking, even though he had already repacked his truck. The billing originally included the time for the guy to fix the leak, but they adjusted it for us with a quick phone call and explanation. I will be using them again for future work that we already have planned.

Pat came within 30 minutes to fix toilet issues.

Billy is very reasonable and professional. I used him awhile back and had a discrepency with the bill so I was unhappy and told him. He fixed the bill. I will definitely use him again and would reccomend him to anybody. Very trustworthy and as a single female made me feel comfortable.
