After hours oncall did not follow through to Monday morning - arranging for plumber appointment. Appointment made Monday morning. The young plumber that came.out in the afternoon was great and professional. Fixed burst pipe which allowed us to have water running again after two days without.
I have probably contacted them 3 times for various issues. I CANNOT emphasize enough how satisfied I am. They are always on time, they solve my problem, they are friendly, courteous and professional. I would unhesitatilngly recommend them.
I hired this plumbing outfit to re and re a laundry tub in the basement. The original one from '81 was embarrassing! My appointment was for 8:00 AM on a Tuesday and two young plumbers (Nick and Dakota) showed up...four minutes early! I was impressed right off the bat! (Don't you just hate those "anywhere from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM" ETA's?) They were super-polite, removed their boots at the entrance and set about doing their job immediately. I'm a super-fussy meticulous Virgo, in other words a pain-in-the-butt customer (like a Hank Hill, if you will?), and had I blueprint of the work I wanted done...these two young men would have followed it religiously. These were not plumbers, watching them work...they were surgeons! Two young men more finely tuned to their craft you couldn't find! You ask them questions about why they do this or that, not because you're second-guessing them but just because you're curious and they'll give you quick logical answers because...they know what they're doing! Everything required for the job was on their truck - none of this "Chuck On A Truck" handyman B.S. of sending the client to Home Depot or Lowe's to fetch them materials necessary for the job. Professionals. They're not cheap, but I got exactly what I paid for and the plumbing job I had in mind was followed through with to a tee. I'd hire them back in a heartbeat! And no need to worry about Halton bulk waste pickup day...they hauled away the old laundry tub and faucet as a bonus! Fantastic job Nick and Dakota! You guys are awesome!! Thank you J.
