Had them come over to look at my sump pump. Gave great advice. I had an unrelated problem with an outdoor faucet that was leaking water into the basement. Matt and his co-worker did a great job assessing the location of the leak and installing a shut off valve and a new faucet. I’ll be calling them to install a new sump pump when the time comes. Recently we had a master bathroom gutted and fully rebuilt - a large project involving various trades performed by this firm. "OUTSTANDING" is the word that comes to mind. Every aspect was flawlessly executed. Each of the employees arrived on time every time, and the "hands-on" management meant no delays whatsoever. Work was done all day each day until the job was completed, and was inspected daily by the owners to ensure the quality of workmanship and confirm our satisfaction. Flooring, walls, ceilings, marble tiling, electrical and plumbing are of impressive quality. The workers used drop sheets everywhere they worked or walked and vacuumed the work area and adjacent rooms every day before leaving. Everyone from Sam Harb & Family was a pleasure to work with. We had to change the plumbing in the entire house and their team made it so easy for us especially being a family with three kids under 7. They were incredibly quick and professional. The contracting team they sent us to clean and repair was also amazing. They are very decently priced and Fred was constantly checking in on the progress.
