The worst, incompetent people I had ever had the misfortune to deal with. I had a flood in my house First on site called Wellington to ck where the water was coming from, they flushed the toilet 6X..no nothing wrong here was the diagnosis ($191.00) Kitchen ceiling came down and there was not 1 but 2 problems fresh water supply and toilet flange broken. They were called again replaced fresh water pipe, asked if I needed to replace flange...no was the answer ($161'50). when contractor came I was informed that the flange is rusted out and when he touched 1/3 actually broke off. called wellington to find out why the plumbers that were here and were asked if it need to be replaced they said no...no answer, asked how much ..another $ 215. + hst..They are a money grabbing , incompetent lying bunch of people all they want is to screw you with service call @ $100 a time.

Probably the worst service I've ever had, repeatedly at that. Wellington Plumbers screwed up numerous times with my home renovations, and wouldn't take fault for their actions. I had physical proof of their mistakes but they were just rude and arrogant when trying to deal with them. Such a shame as I wanted a local reputable company but was let down.
