A case of negligence, do not ever hire. “Satisfaction Guarantee” on their website means nothing. They tell you in person that they don’t guarantee anything. What kind of customer service is that? If they fail to fix the problem, they will just charge you again and again until they figure out what the root cause is (shouldn’t that be part of the consultation fee????). Hired for an emergency commercial job to repair a sink pipe backup. Exorbitant fee to even visit your site (many competitors do not charge an estimate fee). Only called them because they happened to be available the day we needed them. Despite promising 24/7 service though, they were not able to revisit for days when we needed them right away. Charged for completing the job even though less than 12 hours later, the problem arose again and completely - backed up, flooding, leakage everywhere. Owner rudely refused to send his tech out to complete the job despite misdiagnosing the problem. We know the extent of how poorly the job was done now that a second plumber from a different company came in and straight away identified the root cause. The second plumber said the tech from Plumber.ca should have known that something else was wrong given the condition of our pipes, and at the very least should not have charged for coming back out to fix the EXACT SAME problem we began with.

I was very satisfied with the customer service threw these guys, they were not rude at all to me as I was not rude to them, they came and checked the issue , very polite very respectful no issues at all I would recommend these guys to my friends and family, they called me the night they were coming and explain why they would have to come tomorrow which was fine they came the next day like they said they would, someone else called me the next day, to see how everything was and I found that was very nice and amazing customer service on their part, never had anyone call the next day, was very happy with the visit and the call the next day! I have had people come to my house and fix things that were rude and very ignorant but these guys are very nice and polite,, i would have them come and do more work at my house again!!

The service was quick and well-done. We received good information not only about our immediate issue but also about helpful preventative measures for potential problems. The plumber who came to our house was professional and respectful of trying to limit the noise while he was working as we have two young children who were sleeping at the time the work was being done.

Complete SCUM BAGS! 15 minutes work, scratches all over my tub, almost 700 dollars and guess what? Tub is still clogged and of course, they don't guarantee their work. Do yourself a favour, save yourself the aggravation, save your tub's finish, save $650 and, rent yourself an auger. If this is the quality of service and pay off with such little effort, if I had no concious I would go into business myself.
