Herb Carpenter Ltd

I waited two years for them to give me a quote on a plumbing job at my cottage. When they finally came by, they said I would have a quote within a week. That was three months ago and still haven't heard anything. I've since found a different plumber and the job is complete. I think Herb Carpenter has more work than they know what to do with. If you want my advice, go to one of the smaller guys who can give you great customer service at a decent price. These guys might be well known, but there a plenty of great plumbers in the Midland area. Beware of people with only one or two reviews that leave five stars for this company.

Had them in to do a plumbing repair. Job was scheduled quickly, workers arrived when promised and quickly completed the job. They were very friendly, easy to work with. They also offered some great advice to help prevent the same problem from happening in the future. I will be calling Carpenter's again for future work.

contractor comes into my home left my basement floor soaking wet which is full of boxes which are now soaked, breaks my kitchen faucet causing it to leak under my sink continuously...we call back to bring up the matter and unprofessionalism of this contractor and are told its not their problem and we have a cheap tap...all i can say is send your bill and ill be sure to share the experience as well as pictures ive taken with the better business bureau. Terrible service wouldnt recommend to anyone whatsoever.
