They came to fix a faucet. The verbal quote was expressed as 'all in plus tax' then it changed stories to cost PLUS equipment. Thr final bill was double (over $700!). The problem was not resolved. In fact they provided a verbal quote for over $800. They also charged my credit card an additional $50 after I called them and said that the pending charge amount was not correct. I found the entire customer service experience was deceptive!!!
