DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!! Called to set up an appointment for a quote for some basement work and he never showed up. Called a second time to set up another appointment. The day comes and he says he’s too busy to come. Don’t even bother with this guy

Dan came by this evening at the time he said he would. Dan had to work very hard to clear my kitchen drain. The first snake he tried was not long enough so he then brought in his big rooter/snake and he stuck with it and he got the job done. He went the extra distance and effort to get it done. Even with all of extra work and time it took Dan stayed with his original quote which I was very impressed and happy with. I did get other quotes and they were more expensive as one want to charge for a guy to show up for 30 minutes plus a cost for his machine plus extra for every extra 30 minutes. I did not go with him and went with Dan and I am very happy I did. If you are looking for a good honest plumber contact Dan. Like me you will be happy you did. Brian H.

Has my toilet replaced for emergency issue. From the Rooster way Inc. early Saturday morning at 8am for toilet emergency issue. I have a new toilet replaced the same morning. Quick professional service, cost is reasonable. Highly recommended.

Our sink had been draining slowly for a while and the problem was getting worse not better. With the holiday's coming fast we knew we needed it fixed right away. I called quite a few places, one wanted $50 for a dispatch fee and one wanted $180 to snake the drain. I called Rooterway and they were able to give me a flat rate of $140 to come and snake the drain and I was lucky enough that they were able to come out the same afternoon. The problem was resolved quickly and we now have our sink back. The service was fast and the technician was friendly. Great Service!

Had a leaky toilet - called first thing in the morning and within hours my problem was fixed. Courteous, professional and would definitely call them again
