Out of the 20 24/hr plumbing services that I have called, New Well was quick to respond. Great service and reasonable price. You can tell they're passionate about their work! Sam came to our rescue! We were very pleased????

I came across Sam's plumbing services through Google while looking for some assistance for outdoor faucet repairs. Sam was polite and accommodated a visit to take a look at the issue later in the evening albeit a busy day. He was friendly and professional and helped resolve both issues quickly while offering some useful advice. As a new homeowner in Durham, it is reassuring and invaluable to have a contact like Sam who knows what he's doing and does it properly. Would highly recommend his services for any plumbing needs!

I am happy with the plumbing work performed by New Well Plumbing & Heating Ltd. I have used their services a couple of times and have experienced better services as compared to other company's that I have used in the past. They were prompt and called me before coming and completed the job in the promised time. Did their job neatly. Charges were little higher than reasonable. Go to guy for plumbing needs. Overall, good experience.

Sudesh was very nice! We needed help when our pipe burst, he came quickly within the same day, fixed the pipe and he even installed a new valve to replace the old one. He came recommended by our family member and I’m so glad we called him!! He even checked to make sure there was no leak anywhere else. He was very professional and price was good too!
