I hired another plumber to snake my drain in the kitchen and it was clogged the next day again. These guys came in and should me what a poor job the last plumber did with their camera inspection tool. They then cleared the drain properly. Very good service, happy they explained everything to me
My wife called Prompt Plumbing & Drains to our home approximately 2 weeks ago as we needed someone to look at a bunch of major issues we were having throughout the house... they showed up (ON TIME) and assessed each problem with ease.. There Plumber was very friendly and spoke in such a way to make my wife understand what most of the problems were.. the price was more then fair and the service and workmanship was outstanding! THANK YOU PROMPT PLUMBING & DRAINS ( HIGHLY RECOMMENDED )
Had to call a few times before the plumber showed up, but they did say they were backed-up that day. Either way they honoured the "same-day service" on their website. Overall, pretty straight forward fix, friendly plumber, straight forward drain cleaning, only cost me $90... other plumbers that I called were asking $200+, so I was quite impressed with that. Thank you!
As a long-time Newmarket resident, I have never heard of Srigley Street Plumbing, a man named Tony answered the phone and himself and an apprentice plumber was at my house within 1 hour. I was very impressed with how quick they showed up, explained to me the exact problem and gave me 2 options in how to proceed. Plumbing problems are NEVER fun, but was happy with the way they serviced me.
