Plumbing Medic

Our jet pump broke down on Labour Day, and requested a plumber for Sep 4. Kevin was incredibly quick to get back to me, on the long weekend. Bruce visited on Sept 4, installed a new pump, as well as new kitchen faucets and replaced very old piping in the kitchen. He also recommended other repairs that are time sensitive. I cannot tell you how friendly and professional Bruce is, and obviously you need a plumber you can trust. I can not recommend Bruce and Plumbing Medic more highly, and I will be booking their services again very shortly.

They are a contractor under Enercare. Stay far away. I have the plumbing Enercare plan, and have waited countless hours for them to show. It’s now been a month and they have not come back to fix the work they diagnosed as needed.

We had a great experience with Plumbing Medic! Kevin and Max were very professional, courteous, and provided excellent quality of service. They went above and beyond to ensure our home plumbing was in proper working order and at a really good rate too! I would highly recommend Plumbing Medic for any renovations and repairs.

Just had a very positive experience! Our main drain got clogged up on a Sunday evening, so I started googling 24 hour emergency plumbing… This company was the only one that picked up their phone and because I called late Sunday night, they could not send me anybody until first thing in the morning. I advised the Receptionist to call me before sending anybody out in the morning as I was sure that someone was going to come out the same night(24hour service). Not only that I could not get a hold of anyone, even leaving all the messages On answering machines for the other plumbing companies, and tried calling again on Monday morning! This company called me first thing in the morning and advise me if I still need a plumber there is one on his way! I’m writing this review Monday 12 o’clock in the afternoon, Mike S from Plumbing Medic just left my house, fixed everything, cleand up and did a great job!! I am very impressed with the clean in the fission service this company provided me, thank you again to Mike S, I think the S stands for super nice guy!!

I would give zero or negative stars if possible! We called Friday morning for a leak that was causing us to have no hot water from our owned hot water tank. They replaced the small expansion tank for $900 (!) & said to call back Monday morning if we still did not have hot water. We did (calling 4 times due to lack of response) & we still don’t have hot water now (Tuesday) nor has anyone been sent to the house. Washing self, dishes, & clothes in cold water is no fun. This is not a reputable service!
