Royal Plumbing were given a short time line for this job. They were on time and executed perfectly the complicated job of removing old pipes, cleaning out the sand and the debris in the hole, removing the clogged debris in the drain, as well as installing new pipes and attaching the toilet in a tiny office bathroom. No cracked tiles to replace and no dust from their work site. Steven was clearly an expert in his job. All this in four hours, Steven left the bathroom clean, washed the floor, and left it smelling of vinegar. I've used Royal Plumbing several times in 20 years and their customer service just gets better and better. Susan Nurse

We have used Roy and his staff for years now on the advice from my Mom. Her husband, my Dad,was a longtime plumber in Belleville, so we trusted her opinion. Thankfully we did. We can put in a call anytime and they are here. We had a problem last night and Steve on his way home came right over ( end of day). Awesome! Steve has worked here many times and deserves much appreciation. Great guy, knowledgeable and neat. Always cleans up!! The prices are so reasonable, hard NOT to use them for any plumbing job and advice. Roy, you have a great staff...thanks again, Donnie and Donna

Had a clogged drain line to the point where water was coming back up through the shower. Called Royal and they took care of the problem in no time. Excellent service and great staff. I highly recommend royal plumbing!
