This company is one of the most un-professional companies I have ever had to deal with. They are extremely snotty and judgmental of their clients and carry an attitude like they don't want to be there. My first experience with them was horrible. I own lower income buildings in Kingston and I am assuming that because of this, we were judged. Just because we manage lower income properties, does not mean we should be treated with any less respect. My tenants deserve service. I highly recommend you look for another company if you would like respectful service. The technician's name who was very rude to my property manager was Mike Ethridge.
Horrible Service, Do yourself a favour and don't waste your time.Both the plumber and the receptionist are very rude.
