I call them in the morning because the shower would not shut off. They set the time to come in the afternoon. They came and fixed the problem and were done in 15 mins and cleaned up after themselves as well. Did not charge an arm and leg. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and certainly use them again. They were awesome!!!!!!

Called earlier in the week, made an appointment for Friday between 9am-12pm. Received a call at 8:30am day of appointment to say they could no longer come as their guys had to go to a bigger job ( I am currently without a shower in my home ) and they wouldn't be able to come again until the following Tuesday. Luckily after multiple calls I was able to find a different company to come same day.

Beware... In 2016 I had hired Ubdegrove to check and fix a blockage in my house sewer line. A camera inspection by Ubdegrove showed a "root plug" in the sewer pipe. Ubdegrove told us they could not fix it. They recommended that we call Pleasantview company to dig our 20 foot long driveway to the city main sewer, 7 feet wide, 9 feet down to remove the old concrete/asbestos pipe (full of roots) to have it replaced by a PVC/ABC pipe. After digging a very big hole a 2 feet long plug (made of black dirt, debris and unidentified stuff) was found in the pipe just under the foundation wall of the house. There was nothing in the rest of the pipe like root system or plug and the pipe was intact with no crack or hole in it (even if we were told that the culprit was a large maple tree on our front yard) .... The pipe was replaced and Ubdegrove recommended that a sewer backup valve was installed on the sewer line, just a couple of feet away from the foundation wall. After breaking the concrete floor and installing the backup valve the Ubdegrove worker filled up the large hole around the valve with a coarse mixture of sand, stones and concrete... 2 year after, our previously very dry basement is now showing a lot of signs of humidity and efflorescence that is expending and breaking the floor all around the area and beyond... Today I phoned Ubdegrove to explain the problem. I was told that the warranty was only for one year and if I had no issues for 2 years the company must had done a pretty good job. I was also told that Ubdegrove was only a plumbing company and they had done the best they could with that concrete part of the job. From the beginning I had been suspicious about the whole thing, wondering if it was a big scam, and after spending $15000.00 to have the problem taken care of by Ubdegrove and Pleasantview I now have to deal with a new problem that is directly linked to the initial issue. I am not happy at all and will never use or recommend this company.
