A great place to feel confident in after purchase. Their quotes are at same level as London Ontario contractors. I believe it is very important to choose a reputable business that will still in business for years to come in case of future inquiries. My sales representative was very straight forward and allow me the opportunity to have confidence throughout the start and finish. ( 2.5 ton ac unit ) my older unit was at the end of it stage which last almost 15 years. I recommend this place compare to Costco / Home Depot or any known small business heating and plumbing associates.

I had salmon plumbing, heating and air conditioning do a small job for us. They moved our water tank forward a foot and installed a mixing valve. The owner Brock had come by and given me an estimate within an hour of calling him. The job was scheduled quickly., the guys showed up early and were in and out. They did a great job, and were professional and friendly. The owner Brock later stopped by a few hours later to check on the work and make sure I was satisfied with the job. This was so great to have a company that really cares about it's customers and the services they provide. Highly recommend these guys, will definitely be using them again in the future.

I have used Salmon Plumbing since coming to this city in 2004. Their service, timeliness, professionalism, and products are Top Notch, and I have total confidence when I call them, they will do exactly what they say they will Do. I have talked to Bill Salmon a few times over the phone in person, and day or night, Bill will take the time to provide consummate service, and explain the way things work. I can think of only one other HVAC company that I would deal with in this city after Salmon Plumbing, but I Always call Salmon Plumbing first. They have Never let me Down! We have used Salmon Plumbing as our contractor for all jobs related to plumbing, sump pump, sewage ejector, furnace, air conditioner and water heaters since 1990. They have been excellent, fully reliable, the level of service is excellent. The service men have been very polite, respectful, and work is high quality. I would recommend them for any job related to plumbing, heating and cooling.

I initially called this company for a quote for a service , and they were excessively rude. Bill Salmon's response to me for asking a general question about price for a service was, " if you want me to do the job for $200, don't even think about it" That caught me by surprise as we were willing to pay more, but I was just curious to see how much we needed to budget for that expense since we were doing home renovations. That was extremely rude to say as he was making assumptions on what we were willing to pay before I even opened my mouth to say anything. After talking to this company and their unprofessional approach to their customers, we decided to contact Roy and Inch. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely would go with that company over Salmon any day. We ended up booking the service with Roy and Inch, purely because they treated us with respect and not to mention their service was great. Don't even bother calling Salmon if you are thinking of it, just purely rude, and we actually were able to do the service for approximately the price that Salmon was being smirky about anyways which was a bonus. Salmon should remember that customers can easily find replacements.
