Toshack Service & Maintenance Corp

Had a propane furnace and water heater installed moving from oil to propane. The installation was done in 1 day by the technicians. The service was professional and the technicians very courteous. I had 2 small problems days after installation mostly from my not being familiar with the system. The service technicians Mark- heating and Josh- plumbing were at my home within 2 hrs and fixed the problem quickly. The service was excellent from Bob coming out to assess the best system for me, the front desk staff Chelsea and Trish, to the service technicians who installed and service my equipment. I will call Toshack for my service needs in the future. Susan Joyce

Gas boiler was acting up & having just moved to town I decided to contact Toshack for repair. Chelsea was extremely courteous in getting a technician down quickly. The Technician Dave was very smart at not only finding the issue with the boiler but also finding another problem in the process stemming from hydros end. This saved me countless problems. He also made sure I had heat during the deep freezing temperatures while waiting for parts. Outstanding service & repair.

Possibly the worst customer support experience I have ever encountered. Had a furnace not working and called Toshack. The response was adequate by the technician to look at the furnace, however, they needed to order parts. They told us the parts should be in within 2 business days. On the second business day I called Toshack and inquired about the parts. The person I talked to said the person who orders the parts (apparently one of the owners of the company) was not in but she would have him call me back that same afternoon. He did not call me back. The same thing happened on the third day - I called in the morning and got the same message that the parts guy would call me back. Again, did not happen. Same thing on the fourth day. I called on the fifth day and the person (still not the parts ordering guy) told me the parts would be in sometime that day. I asked why I had not been called back as promised over the past three days... this turned into an argument. They refused to tell me who the owner of the company was (said they did not give out that information) and then told me they did not like the tone of my voice (after I started asking questions like who the owner was and did they actually pass my messages on) and then they hung up on me. I have told them not to come to my property ever again. I recommend avoid this company. Too bad, I like to support local business, however, Toshack is one that I will not.

Cannot thank them enough for the quick service and awesome ladies behind the scenes (Chelsea and Tina)! Josh and Dave have been knowledgeable and offer great advice including both, being punctual and polite. They have helped me a few times in a pinch and they are my go to!
