Rob at Eastern Ottawa Plumbing was quick to respond and believe me, I sent about 7 emails and each time, he answered in a manner that was easy for both my husband and I to understand. His price was more than reasonable and he came the very next day. We had a new tap installed and an under the counter water filter. Rob is professional and a fantastic worker. We are so so happy with his work and will highly recommend him to all our family and their friends.

Our 2 showers were not working putting us in a dire situation. We contacted few plumbers but all of them had complicated ways for booking their service or providing in our view a very simple quote. We gave up on these inefficient administrative burden and contacted Eastern Ottawa Plumbing. Eureka, someone alive is answering! After few minutes of discussion, we got the problems identified and a bulk park cost estimated as it is always hard to be precise without seeing the problems and the surrounding conditions. Less than 45 minutes the plumber, « Rob » (Mcllwrath) was at our door with a big smile ready to tackle the problems. After few hours both showers were in operation. That is what I call « efficiency ». I have to mention that not only Rob is a very pleasant person but a reliable, professional and highly skilled plumber. As a curious person, I had the chance to learn a lot with him since he volunteer to share his knowledge. I will not hesitate a second to recommend his company and his services.
