We hired these guys to sort out a shower issue. They were fast to respond and ideally they got the job done and that earned them a 2 star rating. Now the cons. They first walked in with muddy footwear as of they owned the place leaving a mess on the floors. They broke the shower drain and didnt replace it. Any mess they created ie cut up pipes they left it there. We also asked them to change out a tap that leads to a washing machine and all they did was a small welding fix to it. With these cons they lacked professionalism in my opinion.
We hired Roy and his team to do the plumbing for the renovation of 5 apartments and the building of 6 new units. Roy's experience and knowledge was needed as this was NOT an easy job. Roy was professional and efficient and as important, was a good fit with the rest of our subcontractors and team. Thanks Roy!
I called when i had a sump pump drain issue and my basement flooded. They were at my house within an hour and started troubleshooting the issue. They returned the following morning with a fix. Super knowledgable, professional,and kind. I recommend completely
