We've had Johnathan out three or four times over the past ten years to help with both plumbing emergencies and bathroom remodels. His work ethic and attention to detail are exceptional. He not only fixes problems, he makes the time to provide education on why issues may be occurring, be they deficiencies in the home build or just following best practices. Most importantly he is considerate of your home and won't leave a mess. Rest assured, when he's finished the job will have been done and done right the first time.

My wife and I recently moved into our house in Kanata on March 1. Since our home inspection was performed in the winter, they didn't notice that the rear hose appeared stripped (knob continuously spun). The spigot is one of the new frost-free designs which I had never heard of before. I called John the Plumber when my "do-it-yourself" attempts failed. Jonathan and Mike came by and listened to the self diagnosis I had performed on my own. They then looked around the piping in the basement as well as the outside spigot. Since this wasn't a routine issue, they proposed a few options which we could try and outlined all the costs associated with them. We decided to try the less invasive option and it worked!!! Jonathan went above and beyond what I expected and explained everything thoroughly. I definitely recommend John the Plumber and I couldn't be happier with the work they did!

My family has just moved to new house. So, my wife and I tried to connect a new refrigerator water & ice dispenser and a dishwasher by ourselves because we thought that we could do that by ourselves, simply follow YouTube videos. But that was tougher than we thought and made us give up even though we bought new hand drill kit to cut a hole in the countertop for the pipe and connect it for a dishwasher. So, in the end we called John the Plumber. Jonathan came and did a great job installing my new refrigerator. Finally, he screwed into the panel to attach the dishwasher and leveled it properly. He, with a British accent, was very friendly and well-spoken. Everything was cleaned up afterwards. In addition, he replaced a new shower faucet in compliance with our request because we are not strong to remove original one. We are extremely satisfied with his professional service. Jonathan, thank you so much for doing that!! I would highly recommended John The Plumber and Jonathan in particular.
