This business' only after service is to inform you that there is none. They did the sub contract work for Contruction Voyer of my Home in 2010, when I called them for a leaking kitchen sink 9 months later they said that it was not possible that it was leaking due to their installation therefore they could not help. 1 year later when an expensive shower head assemly stopped working ( I think it seized ) I called the builder and they assured me there was a life-time warranty on the moen product and that the sub-contractor had to respect the warranty to give them a call. I called them they told me no problem some one would contact me, no one did. I called again and they told me it was probably dirty they could not help. I am not an expert but the shower assembly is spotless and at about 800$ I expected it to work less than 2 years later. If cosidering this company Do NOT expect any after sales service.
