Plombier Gatineau - Plomberie Outaouais (CP & Son)

Said they would be at the house first thing in the morning and didn't show up until after 12. Barely looked at the plumbing and did not do what was asked of them (Snake the lines). left after 15 minutes and said the septic tank was frozen (it wasn't) Charged $350 for the visit. After being called out about it, offered to come back next day without service charge and do the work. Next day, said they would be there at 7:30am. Didn't show up until 9. Actually did the work requested this time, it was a gross and dirty job so props for sticking it out. Price was way higher than competitors. You can find better people for less.

Good service - excellent work!! We had a huge plumbing job to be done, and with some thorough follow through on our part requiring multiple phone calls and texts, CP & Sons did come thru and do a stand up job. The plumbing work was excellent. After attempting to contact many plumbers via the web with no success - very very frustrating - Manuel was the first to answer my call and in the end did a fantastic job. Thank you

Not impressed. The response was great. They came the same morning I called. But I was then charged for two men for 6 hours (12 hours in total) to replace a 15-ft line of easy to access ABS drain pipe plus a sink drain kit. $125 per hour plus almost $700 in material. I appreciated that the job was done the same day and to my full satisfaction. But the bill of over $1,800 was shocking. The job could have been done by one person and the overcharges for the material were unethical. I will not use this company again.
