He is dishonest and he overcharged. I called him to connect the water to my fridge. He came at 3pm and told me he was going to come the next day to do the job because he thought it was going to take 2-3 hours. The next day, he send one of his workers at 2pm which completed the job in 1 hour but still charged me Mario's time from the day before. When i called to ask him about that charge, he said that estimations are not free. I told him that i never asked for an estimation, its him that didnt feel like doing the job on the spot and wanted to return the next day. He then became super defensive and said "you clients are all the same, you want everything for free". I replied that he took advantage and is dishonest , he said "if 40$ is that important to you then, i'll come give you your 40$ back tomorrow". He never showed up! Im never dealing with him again, I'm sure there's many OTHER honest plumbers out there!

Travail efficace MAIS il surfacture...... Étant au travail j' ai demandé à ma fille de calculer son temps. Il a travaillé une demi- heure et m' a chargé 85$. N' ayant pas la pièce dans son camion il revient avec un autre homme et me charge pour une demi- heure.... ..: 204$ Habitant à Boisbriand et le commerce de M.Lalonde étant à 5 minutes de chez moi je trouve très innaproprié qu' il me charge à chaque déplacement (2) à 50 dollars pour un seul appel de service exécuté en deux temps un lundi et un jeudi de la même semaine.. ABUS... Le rappelant à une pause M.Lalonde m' a dit qu' il m' a fait un prix spécial en riantl!!!
