i got cut off on the phone 3 times just for asking for info...the tec never picked up the call..we do business with other companies but the are very unprofessional.. just take my message but don't hang up..
Sent in my order for replacement seal kit. had the worst customer service imaginable after i politely asked for my quote to be in English, they also sent me a split gasket.
I would say this company has the worst customer service. I called their technical support to get electrical drawings and IOM manual for one of their products and they told me that I have to get these documents from the installer of this product. Also they will charge me for providing this documentation. Very poor technical support.
