We're renovating our entire bathroom and booked an appointment with Mike. He was unavailable the week we wanted to start, so we pushed the work a week later to cater to his availability. We called him 3 business days before the appointment to re-confirm (as per his request during the initial call) and he claimed his week was overbooked and he cancelled last minute on us. Don't waste your time and call someone else.
