This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star. This company is a rip off. Had main line rupture in front yard. The guy finally showed up 3 hours after the time they said. I dug up the pipe and yard myself and they wanted to charge me for excavation. There was nothing to excavate, it was all exposed because I did all the digging during the 3 hours of waiting. I asked for an estimate and said the owner had to check it out and give the estimate. They gave me a flat fee with no detail and no summary. When I asked for detail i got a rude full of nasty attitude response saying they dont do that. I insisted on material cost, labor cost and time frame. Turns out the labor would have been 600 dollars an hour for 5 hours of labor. A 4 foot piece of copper pipe 2 connectors for another 500 dollars. That same material would have cost 36.00 dollars at Dale’s hardware (I checked). Last but not least they wanted to charge me for excavation ,AGAIN. When i pointed out that the pipe had already been excavated the guy just laughed. I then asked if he even came out and looked at the site, he replied that I can get a different company.

*Beware! Plumber First estimated $750 for job, then minutes later as he left estimate jumped magically to $850 for no reason. Plumber said he estimate based on 4 hours, but turned out he took less than 2 hours. Company website states senior discounts, when we asked about the senior discount, plumber said it was only on labor cost not material of repair and they'd figure out what that came to. After job both he and home office suddenly said that NO senior discount was available at all for repair! Cute! And Website senior discount? creative writing...Plumber consistently late and home office went out of her way to be rude. We will be notifying our hoa of all this ...

I was referred to them by my usual plumber, who was just swamped and could not get to me for two weeks. They came out the same day I called to look at the water heater which was not working. Told me what needed to be done and that it would be overtime for him to do it now since he would have to go back and get the proper water heater, so we decided to do it the next day. He mentioned calling in the morning to make sure we get in. Here is where it went all wrong. Called in the morning but they did not have my work order yet it was still being reviewed and would be emailed out to me for approval. By midday, I was told that it would be the end of the day for it, so this now means I would have to wait another day to get it fixed. With a house of 6 people taking cold showers was not going well. So I ended up calling another plumber that came out and looked at the job, ordered the tank and came back and installed it and did all the code upgrades that were needed. Good thing I did not keep waiting since it is now the next day and guess what still no work order! The one thing I can say is that they were always pleasant to talk to, but I think their process is broken. There should not be a reason for a person to come out one day and view the work and then not be able to come back the next to complete it if your to busy say so but don't keep people strung along. I now have two plumbing companies I will work with but not this one. Okay, I am justing my review after I had the owner of the company call me to apologize and discuss what had happened. He took all responsibility and is trying to make it right. Being a small business owner myself in the past, I can understand his situation. So I will give them another try with my next plumbing needs and write a new review of that experience. So many times, you do not hear from owners, and I appreciated his honesty and open discussion. Again let me reiterate the service person, and the people I dealt with at the office were pleasant, it was the process which I think failed them, but it seems like they are addressing and trying to make things right. I will give them another try in the future.

Above All Plumbing is a great company. They came out to inspect our leaking pipes and offered us two bids. Their invoice clearly listed what the bids would take care of -which helped us make an informed decision. When they came to our house the workers Steve and Sal were very polite, make sure to take off their shoes, and did a fantastic job fixing our problem. Whenever I called the office with​ a question Alicia always answered my questions. I definitely recommend this company!
