The furnace seems good and the installers were nice. But there were about 1,000$ of auxiliary costs that we were not warned about. They left a big hole in our wall and we were charged tons of money by Gaz Metro Plus for changing our system. It is not their fault that GM+ sucks, but they must have known this would happen. We asked several times about the implications for our current water heater and no one warned us there would be harsh penalties. We're not happy with communication and transparency from the company.
terrible service over the phone, the receptionist was rude and condescending and did not want to give the time of day to help me with my issue.
Good heating and gas company
Service après vente très mauvais. Point de vue installation et produit, rien à dire. Mais pour un suivi, service après vente et communication après le paiement, très mauvaise expérience. De plus, leur vendeur, M. Trépanier, vraiment pas professionnel, successible et il n'a clairement pas compris la base de l'expression: satisfaction du client.
