Absolute worst attitude I have ever experienced with a plumber or any service for that matter. Extremely rude. I called to make an appointment for a plumbing problem and the person on the phone literally hung up in the middle of my request. Customer service tip: if you're not capable or interested in working for a customer, take 5 seconds to say so instead of hanging up. Seeing the sarcastic responses from the owners to bad reviews here confirm this rude attitude to customers.

Fast services at an amazing price.I tried price checking in a couple of different plumbing companies. Galarneau & Frère had the best price. When I called about my blocked toilet during the night, they offered me very quick service , the owner came himself. He cut me a break on the price because he fixed it so fast and he even cleaned up after. I will definitely deal with them again.

They do not deserve any star! Do not trust this Plumbing company! The original owners Galarneau family sold the company to burglars. They overcharged for no reason and they stole jewelry on both visits!!! Police couldn't help me cause I couldn't prove they took something. Call any other plumbing company, I'm writing this to save you trouble and a thief's visit

Easy to deal with, quick response to fix my problem. Plumber was friendly and knowlodgeable. He taught me how to do the easy things so he would not have to stay longer and charge me extra hour of work. I will deal with them again.

Excellent service! Surtout, ils se sont réellement souciés de m'aider. Désespérée, après plusieurs recherches pour trouver un service de plomberie, ils ont tout fait pour venir car ils étaient très occupés eux aussi. Ils m'ont bien expliqués le souci, ils étaient très compétents et de plus, le tarif était très raisonnable. Je les recommande fortement.
