Not sure how I feel about this company. Had 2 minor leaks I thought since very close (750m) I'd give the job to. All photos supplied in various emails including manufacturers and still they indicated they need to take a pic of a cartridge to order a new one????, that was $190 affair then they say they need to charge the full rate again when they replace????. Asking why yeilds well we needed to take a picture. Will update when they finally fix the issue.

Was a client for many years but recently the service has become more about maximizing billing hours...I will no longer be a client!
Somewhere between incompetents and crooks. They severely drag their feet - and inflate the billing hours.
Terrible service. After waiting six hours for them to show up and see to an emergency, they called and told me they wouldn't be coming. And this is of course, AFTER all the other plumbers in the area were closed. When I told them they'd just lost a customer, they said: "for every one like you we lose, we get 10 more, so it doesn't bother us" Terrible.
