Callback was made for an obvious leak under the sink following a brand new complete pipe job on a kitchen renovation. Had to call again the next day as voice mail was never answered and was told plumber is too busy and would return the call shortly. I'm still waiting 4 days later and doing dishes in the tub, this is unacceptable. Juan, you would've gotten a 5 star review for your service but you blew it man, you were well paid for the work, doing the right thing would've been to answer the callback within 24hrs tops no matter how busy you are!
