Eric from Plomberie Picard is very professional and went above and beyond to fix the drain and overflow of my parents bathtub. He can be trusted 100% as I live in Toronto and gave him access to the house through a lockbox and he took care of everything even if I was not present. Highly recommend Plomberie Picard. He even sent me photos of the job they did. Amazing!

Very impressed with the service here. Right from the first call the individual made it clear how it would work, the cost and that they would find a solution for my broken shower. The plumber was late due to traffic but that was understandable (they give a precise time for the visit which is nice) and a call got me an update. Once here the plumber was excellent, friendly and let me ask questions as he worked so I could understand the issue. There was a broken part which was not available so the plumber told me to contact the company and they sent me a replacement (for a cost of course). The fix they did is still working and now I can replace the part myself when needed or call them back for installation. Sure it is a little pricey but their displacement fee of $50 is low versus other companies I have used. Would highly recommend.
