Overall I will not be hiring these guys again. If you want to hire these guys, I strongly recommend that you wait for a WRITTEN SUBMISSION. I will let you read my review and let you be the judge of them. Pros: -Good Service: They showed up on time... all 3 times... -Good Warranty: they have good warranty on their work. -Boss and Plumber are friendly. Cons: -Expensive. -Miscommunication? or Deceptive practice?: When plumber came by, he verbally gave me an estimate. When the work was done and I received the bill... it was 170% higher than what I was verbally quoted. Boss gave me a peanut discount as compensation. I pay my bills, so rather draw it out I just paid the bill. Not sure if this was a miscommunication or a deceptive practice... I will leave you be the judge of it. -Faulty Material? or Bad work? Plumber had to come back twice after initial work was done. Once ok.. but twice?
Too expensive and service is terrible. Our old plomber fix the same problem and charge us around 100 dollars, they sent four guys to fix the same thing and charge us more than 1200 dollars. When discuss the price, they just threatened us to pay on time, if not they will send lawyer letter . I will never call them again.
Hired them 2 different times. Great work both times. I highly recommend them.
This company can't even respect their schedule by giving the wrong information to the client and arriving late to their appointments (not only once but twice). I had to call another company which is respectful to their clients, with professionals and less expensive prices. Don't be fooled, there is plenty of other companies which are partners with Energy Gaz! Don't waste your time and money!
Needed to get my hot water tank replaced. I was able to get an appointment very quickly. The two men who came to my house were very friendly, clean and professional. The plumbers got the job done in a timely manner and they also would only leave once they completely cleaned up after their work. I am very happy with the service I received.
