Seems to know his stuff. Had a problem with my sink in the bathroom and he ended up finding an additional problem with my toilet while he was there. He was extremely reasonable when it came time to add up the invoice. Told him not to cash the cheque right away, it wasn't a problem. Would recommend to any of my friends or family in a heartbeat.
