We had an issue with our drains not draining in the evening. Called Roy's Sewer Services and they were out at the house the next morning. There technicians were so friendly and knowledgeable. Jesus and Curtis. Also Wendy on the phone was very nice to talk with. I would highly recommend Roy's Sewer Service to anyone.
Used to think they were great until I was actually denied service. I am not sure why. I was told that even if I removed sewage prior to their arrival, they would not service me. Very odd since I have worked with Roy’s for 20 years and overall seemed to go well. I also heard that Roy’s was out of Business but maybe they got new ownership?
Gloria in the office was great in scheduling an early morning appointment. Curtis showed up on time and was great in quickly troubleshooting the issue. A true honest professional. No need to ever call anyone else. Thank You
We had a leaking toilet which ended up being due to a clogged sewer line. Tim came out and cleared the line. But then he went back to test the toilet and sure enough, still leaking. Popped a new seal on there and viola! It is SO RARE to find people who know their stuff, but also seem to really care about things being done right! Only a true professional would have gone back to check and make sure the problem was fixed 100%. . .not just "better.' Thanks so much to Roy's Sewer for a consistent job well done, but especially for sending Tim today!
The toilet in our guest room wouldn't flush. We expected a guest to arrive early evening. I called Roy's Sewer Service and told the woman who answered (a real person!) my problem. It was mid-afternoon and she said she was booked solid but would try to squeeze me in. She called back about an hour later and said two of their employees were on the way. They found our sewer line blocked for 400 feet and it took two hours and lots of very hard work to clear it. They were polite, efficient, friendly and skilled.
