These guys are great. Bought a cottage in August and knew nothing about sceptic tanks, etc. We had an urgent issue with the pump and I dreaded the thought of having to request a service call. They sent someone within 24 hours who was knowledgeable and quick to resolve the issue. I appreciated the that he took the time to explain how everything works and how I can do some preliminary troubleshooting should anything come up again. They were fairly priced with amazing/pleasant service. I did not hesitate to use them to install a UV water filtration system as we get our water from the lake. Again, fair price, great quick service and thorough with a follow up visit to test the water to ensure it is safe to drink. Everyone from the person taking the call to the technician on site is knowledgeable and pleasant. I highly recommend them.

last time I use these guys. They were offended when we told them that it was unacceptable to not offer a price estimate before doing the work -- we were still going to pay. They got so offended that they came back and took their water pump away leaving us with no water. Thank go there are other players out here. Deal with them with care
