Very pleased with the installation of our new A/C system. Our installers were knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful. They kept us posted on their progress and provided clear explanations. We got great service from Anna, the office manager/owner. Jim Kelly, owner and estimator came out initially and provided us with a comprehensive and competitive bid. He’s clearly experienced, knowledgeable, and has integrity. I especially liked his attention to detail and his emphasis on doing things right. One of the reasons we went with Kelly was the confidence we had in Jim Kelly and his recommendations for our new Trane AC system.
