Be aware the company was sold 8 months ago not the same company. I used them in the past and was happy with the owner and son that cane did the work. Was told to contact them if any issues. This time around was told no warranty after spending $900 for a 3 hour job. Will not be using them or referring them to anyone. George the plumber was good.

Their drivers on the road are have a very bad behavior

Great to deal with. Was not sure if heating problem was a plumbing issue or electrical one. They sent someone to check and realized it was electrical and contacted a electrician who was there within a couple of hours. Will call them again

My heating system did not want to turn on yesterday, i called them to get an appointment, the plumber came today to fix the problem and everything is working properly now. I don't understand people complaining about them, they are very professional, Massimo did a great job and was very friendly. This is the third time i do business with them and i recommend them to my family and friends.

To avoid. I spent weeks on the phone with them about fixing a problem with my toilet. After weeks of requesting a visit and sending them pictures of the problem, they sent someone who informed me they did not have the part to fix it although they mentioned they had it. They charged me a lot for a 2 minute visit. Find another plumbing company.
