Bob's Plumbing & Heating Ltd

Tried for 3 days to get him here. Said he'd call in the morning and let us know if and approx when he could come. Called the first time we missed it, we called back but he was tied up and arranged for a call the morning of the next business day and no call. Called early afternoon after waiting all morning for a call, when asked about it "Guess I forgot". Asked about following afternoon, "I'll try", requested a call if they couldn't make it, "If I remember" was the response I received. Sought out another plumbing service as reliability important and our time is just as important as anyone else's. Would not recommend.

Didn't provide an estiamte to me as asked, came in and did a job roughing in the plumbing but was very set in his ways and wouldn't follow the instructions we gave. When he failed to put a simple shower base in level that's when we finally had to cut ties. Bobs son seems to be reasonable and qualified but Bob was not easy to work with, overly frustrated and left us with more work than if we would have done it ourselves.

They were punctual and efficient. They did excellent work!

I have had Bob's at my house on 3 separate occasions and have always had prompt and reliable service. they always do the job right the first time. Excellent people, you won't be disappointed.

Bob's Plumbing has serviced my home on two occasions and provided quality workmanship in a professional manner both times. He even walked me through turning my water pump back on, over the phone, after a power outage, saving me a service charge. I've found a plumber for life!
