***UPDATE: The owner responded to this review below stating there was no record of my service request etc. The in the same response indicated he'd replied previously--you just contradicted yourself with that statement! This review IS ACCURATE! as he and I conversed via facebook and email on the matter, but no real resolution ever came about. Asking someone to remove a poor review doesn't speak of high integrity--it was our experience. Period! Just because we had a discussion about it, no actual restitution of any kind was offered. The service was awful! Your staff is unprofessional, rude, and clearly incompetent! Our review stands and remains valid!*** If I could give zero stars I would! Make sure to keep your receipts because several months later, they’ll try to send you another invoice that you’ve already paid for! Then when you call them out for their mistake, they’ll give you a backhanded apology while still trying to lay blame at your feet for other nonsense! The plumbers who came to us literally worked for over an hour on the wrong thing (at a weekend, evening rate x2!). Just complete nonsense when trying to resolve the erroneous charge! Some of the nastiest people I’ve ever dealt with who do not understand the meaning of customer service! If you’ll notice from previous complaints, they don’t take ownership of the issue at hand—they respond to reviews with excuses!

Terrible service. The plumber came to my door, was friendly, but was quoted $94 evaluation fee before she even came. Then before she started doing anything, quoted me $360 to unplug a kitchen sink drain. She did the exact same thing I did but cut the pipe to make an easier access pipe for snaking it. She had a bigger snake to run down the drain 3 times and couldn't figure out what the issue was and left me with a $200 bill. Would never recommend a company that leaves without fixing the problem.
