We had a plumbing emergency today (big rain day, plumbing backing up in our downstairs shower) and City Wide was at our house within 15 minutes. Chris quickly assessed and figured out what was wrong, also went above and beyond and fixed my Sump pump for me when he noticed it wasn’t connected properly so that it wouldn’t cause any issues. He kept me posted as he worked of what he was finding and how he was going to repair it. I would highly recommend City Wide Plumbing. Professional, courteous, and quick service Had an issue in a previous house about 5 years ago,with rotten pipes under the basement slab (older home) Pierre was the plumber that time, and It was the same experience. Fast response, kept me posted on what he found, and was able to fix everything right away. He left everything better than he found it. Only plumbers I’ll ever call in Moncton.

Great company to deal with. A pipe burst in our house and they were able to come see it very quickly. The plumber who came to fix the pipe was very professional and nice enough to answer all my questions about preventing the same issue from happening in the future. Highly recommended.
