Today I experienced great value as a regular Wilson fuel customer. I received excellent support then same day furnace repair at a very reasonable cost. I tip my hat to Scott's excellent work and to Wayne who knowledgeably and accurately answered my questions then steered Scott here for a proper fix. Thank you Wilson Fuel!

Had my furnace cleaned by James. Very polite. The impressive part was his candid advice to me in regards to water heaters and heat pumps. Even though it may not benefit Wilson's directly, it does. Shows that he cares about the clients. Great employee to have. I also had an electric water heater installed by Tim and his team. Great Job. There were issues, but they got it done and at the price quoted.

I have now owned my house for almost 2 years and am now revising my review... Because the more I deal with Wilson's, the more they impress me. I lost my job and couldn't pay for my tank of oil for 2 month's. Wilson's worked with me on payment plans and made sure to not treat me like a deadbeat. Once I got a new job and paid off my bill, Wilson's continued to treat me like a valued customer like nothing had ever changed. As long as own a home with an oil furnace, Wilson's will be my go to oil supplier. Period.

It was our pleasure to have our furnace replaced by Wilsons. Every thing from the initial Quote to the installation was very personal and professional. The technicians Roy and Kyle were like friends and did an awesome job. They were open to any questions I had about equipment. They left the work area very clean. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
