I had Trevor come out to the house in the winter for what I thought was a major issue. He assessed the problem and repaired it in short time and explained everything to me very clearly. Had him back last week for another issue which he resolved quickly and again schooled me. Great plumber and a very knowledgeable and genuine guy. His assistant was also very nice. Highly recommended.

We were in the middle of a renovation and Trevor was very prompt to respond to our call and was able to come out that day, diagnose the situation and find a solution! We would highly recommend Trevor and I am sure we will be contacting him again for any of our future plumbing needs!

I had Trevor come by to do annual maintenance on my homes sewage pump in 2017. There was a miscommunication regarding prices, being a new homeowner who had never hired a tradesman before, I didn't know that they charged a baseline price to come do a job. When I confronted him regarding the bill (I thought he had overcharged me), instead of politely explaining that it was a trade standard practice, he decided to berate me for my ignorance and state how he has so and so experience, and I wouldn't find better prices anywhere. Despite this negative encounter, he did the job well (as far as I could tell), gave me some good advice, and I decided to call him back for the annual maintenance in 2018. I knew what to expect that time and there were no issues. Fast forward to 2019, my sewage pump fails causing my basement to flood. I contacted my insurance company as well as Trevor, since he had maintained the pump I figured he would be the best man to repair/replace it. He quoted me $150/hr for a grand total of $1000-1500 to replace the pump. Keep in mind that the previous year his rates were $90/hr. I got a 2nd quote from another company that was much more economical and decided to go with them instead. You should see the texts I got from Trevor when I told him that. My God, I have NEVER been made to feel so uncomfortable by a technician, servicemen, or contractor, EVER. I couldn't believe the bullying and unprofessionalism he displayed to me. That's the last thing you want to deal with when your home is flooded. I will post the screen shots tonight so you can see for yourself. In a nutshell, he was pressuring me to hire him over the other guys, saying he has more experience and equipment to handle the job, and threatening that they weren't going to do the job properly. Well, the pump was replaced by the 'other guys' no problem, at the price they quoted, and I haven't had any issues to date. You should have SEEN the pump that they pulled out... it was rusted and corroded in several areas. I'm no plumber, but I find it strange that he didn't mention anything about the condition of the pump during last years maintenance. Makes me suspect that he may have just neglected to mention it. I wouldn't hire this man again, nor would I recommend him to you.

We had a slow water tank leak, of which I only noticed today because the previous owners installed it in a hard to look around it closet - and noticed the door trim was water damaged in the basement bathroom. I called the water tank company after connecting w/Travor. Understood the tank wa still under warranty but labor was extra bc labor warranty was expired (all makes sense). Trevor was quick to respond, set expectations appropriately, and brought a spare tank just encase we had to replace ours (which we ended up needing due to the slow leak). Trevor and his assistant were great. Not invasive at all. They cleaned duo and recabled the tank and clean up the (very gross) mess around it. All in all, super pleased and would highly recommend (also bc they're open 24hrs - that in and of itself is worth it). I never thought I'd have this dealt with the same day to be honest. 10/10!

Great guy, very friendly. Came to fix the toilet as it was not flushing correctly and water would either over flow or just swirl around. Toilet paper was also the culprit. He did great job and rechaulked. Thanks so very much for helping us.
