Not a company that will stand behind their work, their service or go out of their way. Technicians left a mess on the floor after a heater install including a used Tim Horton's coffee cup. Poor work required them to come back and fix properly. Do not recommend this company.

Don't ask for an invoice -- they will snap at you: "it's not policy". I told them clearly that I wanted my boiler fluid topped up. The guy showed up without any of the necessary tools to do so. Looked the system over. Left for a half an hour to get tools. Came back. Realized he forgot the hose to do the fill up. Left for half an hour. Then left for an hour and a half to run back to their shop to grab yet another item. I was billed for the whole day when the actual work took less than an hour! I asked for an invoice before they billed my card. They complained but said they would provide one. Talk is cheap. Big charge for little work with out even being able to look over the invoice.

The knowledge by staff was great, call backs were answered in a timely manner. End result of our product is Beautiful. They worked greatly to accomodate my custom order.. thank you..

These guys were lazy and unprofessional, left my house in a mess and after installing my hot water tank forgot to reinstall the emergency drainage which I have now called them three times to come back and fix they told me they would still no-show save yourself the time and the grief do not use these guys.
