I've had Mr. Rooter for MANY services over the years and I have always had the maximum customer service responses. I am proud to be supporting a local business who do what they claim and in a friendly, personal and efficient way. Fast to respond and to follow up. Michael and Charmaine provided amazing service l in mutt service follow up this year. Good prices, and problem-specific focus. The staff are 11 out of 10 and go the extra mile to reassure and to communicate effectively. I highly recommend this amazing company!

I got a good service to unplug my canalization. However, they then tried to upsell me with $6k and $9k quote for a service that the City of St. John's does for $500.. Not very honest.. Update: a VP of the company called me to discuss the issue I faced. We had an open conversation about it. We agreed that presenting all the options is important and he committed to make sur they do better next time. It’s great to see that they take customer feedback seriously!

Thanks to the crew at Mr. Rooter St. John's for the amazing service this week. From the start, the job was booked so professionally and it was reassuring to know they had our past service history at their finger tips. We appreciated the call yesterday to confirm today's appointment, and again this morning to tell us the technician was on the way. The tech called me at work with a description of the issues and suggested options (with estimates) to fix everything. The job was done efficiently and effectively, and the invoice gave us a full description of the work completed and the warranties (including 90 days on labour) - we even received a comprehensive plumbing check-up and a drain treatment at no extra cost. My mom, who was at the house, was impressed with the friendliness of the technician and the care he took around the home, in particular how meticulously he cleaned up afterwards - no mess left behind. Great value for the price we paid.

Can’t say enough good things about Mr Rooter service. Friendly, efficient and take pride in their work. Mervin was our plumber today and he will be our plumber next time. Two thumbs up.

Top notch people doing a top notch job. Everyone at Mr. Rooter went out of their way and beyond to help me in keeping my house warm this winter. When my heat pump went down Mr Rooter's people came to the rescue and fixed it as fast as humanly possible. Not only doing a good job but also saving me big money and caring about me and my family.
