Our Furnace went out, and I decided to give John Owens services a try given all the positive reviews. I have to say they lived up to the reviews. The woman who answered the phone was very helpful, and I had my appointment scheduled within minutes. Shortly after I was sent a confirmation email with a name and photo of my technician- Chris Burke. The next morning Chris showed up right on time and on point. He was extremely professional and friendly. Given my furnace was 30 years old, I appreciated his thoroughness in checking all the components, not only the failed piece to ensure the safety of my family. He clearly knew what he was doing and wasted no time in getting it up and running! It’s been running smoothly ever since! At times it seems like it can be hard to find honest professionals that take pride in their work and have integrity. Chris and the John Owens company were awesome and have my consideration for any future work that I may come across. Thank you for doing great work at a reasonable price!

We recently replaced our old water heater with a tankless water heater installed by John Owens Services. The whole operation went very smoothly, from the original contact with Alex who answered all my questions and planned the installation to the the techs who did the actual installation.
