Long's plumbing was amazing to work with. My water heater caught fire and they didn't take my home warranty ins. But the staff worked awesome to help me get the information related. The 2 plumbers that came out to work on my water heater and install it were professional and polite. They were great to work with! I was amazed at the great service provided. Thanks to all of them

I called about no hot water ,and someone actually answered and I didn’t have to leave a message. They sent someone out, I can’t remember his name, but very nice, informed us of the problem went and got parts, fixed it and cleaned up. I do appreciate this done in such a timely manner and so efficiently. Thank you.

These guys really want big jobs, not small residential jobs. Requested an estimate for a water softener install. Nope. They won't look at a small job before doing it. They'd rather have me pay for the time they need to figure out what parts they need. "It's not worth it," they say. Well, I say that too!

I wish you could give a negative star review! The only reason they get one star is so I can post this review. Highly unprofessional! Would never ever recommend! I called to see if they could switch a natural gas stove to propane, they said yes. Two guys came out to work on the stove. The one was very quiet and you could tell he thought the other man was being unprofessional. The whole time he was basically telling how stupid I was for buying a stove off Facebook. Sorry but not everyone is rich and can afford a new stove. Then on top of that he did not know how to switch it over. They changed the stove top over, but could not figure out how to change the oven or broiler over. So they basically messed around with it for an hour charged me well over $100 and then left me with a half working stove. The one guy was so insulting and rude at one point I told him it was ok I would figure it out and he could just leave. I called Karl’s they booked me an appointment to fix my stove. When the Karl’s repair guy showed up he was very professional and fixed my stove in no time. Also he only charged me $40. So thankful for Karl’s and their wonderful customer service!

They replaced a hose faucet on a mobile home for me. Afterwards they did not repack the insulation and reseal the underbelly, causing a frozen and burst pipe mid-winter, and destroying the faucet.
