Eagle was able to identify and repair the issue with our water heater on the same day. Absolutely outstanding service. I very much appreciated that our service tech, Josh, was able to explain what was wrong with our heater and what we could do in the future to prevent it. Additionally, rather than giving the "we'll have to order some parts" excuse that you expect, he took the time to dig for the parts in his van and make the repair happen that same afternoon. Invoice also arrived promptly and was under his ballpark estimate. Truly a well run small business.

This company is timely in the answers and service, but they do not guarantee their work. I have a water heater fixed on December, again on March, and now the same problem has emerged. They won't back up their work and charge me again.

Moved into a new place and wasn't sure why water was pooling in the basement. Eagle worked around my schedule and sent a very knowledgeable, helpful technician. The technician's service was excellent. He explained the problem, in an easy to understand manner, cleaned out the line, and recommended how to prevent the problem in the future. I called Eagle again later when my kitchen sink was backing up and they fixed it right away with the same excellent service. I always call Eagle if I have a plumbing issue!

Recently we got the insinkerator replaced through their service. See the difference. The cost of a new insinkerator is 85$ and eagle plumbing charged us 142$ and additionally 8% mark up. When we inquired about this Nicky spoke so very rude and did not justify the cost or the service. So people, please be aware of the hike u charges that eagle plumbing charges and stay away for this nasty money making business center. I am writing this to BBB and lodging a complaint just now. NEVER USE EAGLE PLUMBING. ALso, when the plumber left the kitchen after fixing the high priced insinkerator, with mess and water around. Perhaps, the eagle plubming's culture is like that. Worst experience! Stay away. I also checked the reviews. Several were self written. Beware of these cheaters.

I had been without heat for four days (in February) due to a holdup with another contractor, called Eagle at 3:30 pm, they sent two guys over immediately and I had heat by 5:00 pm. They were very professional, and I would recommend them. Will use again.
