great friendly service and very knowledgeable
I had problems with my well pressure switches and accumulator tank. The two(2) Techs sent up focused on the problem, made great cost effective suggestions, had all the necessary parts in their truck and completed the work in an extremely timely manner. Good professional service and I recommend them highly.
I called every HVAC contractor in the Sheridan County Wyoming area to give an estimate on replacing and adding duck work on my home in Story. Unlike numerous other HVAC contractors Erik Burden from Powder River Heating and AC came out on day and time he was scheduled to give the estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He explained in detail everything he would do, what the job needed, and why it needed it. He kept in good communication through emails the estimate and any and all scheduling of the job. I went into the Gacy hole after he was finished to inspect his work and was very impressed with the workmanship and quality. I highly recommend Powder River Heating and AC to anyone needing HVAC work in Sheridan or surrounding areas.
