Great knowledgeable staff they replaced an old boiler with a great new unit the pricing was right were we anticipated it being other guys came out with high bids and some never even showed up when they said they would I would use CK Mechanical any time! Thanks for doing such a great job considering where we live you don't want to trust your heating comfort to anyone but CK!

I did a follow up inspection the following day and noticed a significant problem that I overlooked the previous day. When the technicians rotated the water heater to align the plumbing for attachment they turned the drain pan. The drain pan plumbing spout contacted existing plumbing and warped the pan spout bulkhead creating a hole for water to escape before going to the drain. The potential for flooding with water heater failure is high. Therefore, I have to retract my original rating by 2 stars considering the risk for water damage. With the bad comes the good. The technicians were clean and respectful to our home. The service was fast and professional. I received a call from CK after posting my first review outlining my concerns. A technician was dispatched at my convenience to rectify the problem. The problem was fixed promptly and without question. I would like to thank CK for delivering the kind of service quality that is hard to find in today's market. I would recommend them as a first call for your plumbing needs. I give them 5 stars for service quality!
