Mountain Aire Heating & Air Conditioning

Mountain Air Heating & Air Conditioning was wonderful. My A/C went out after there normal business hours Tracy called me back that night and Jordan was there @ 7:45 am and my app wasn't until 8 am. I would highly recommend them if you have a problem . Thank you for great service. And I forgot to add prices are very fare.

Upon awakening on one of the coldest days on record, we found our house sitting at 58 degrees. I called a few other places and found the wait time to be in days before an available appointment. I called Mountain Aire and was asked if we currently had heat. I let them know that we did not. The technician was here in less than half an hour from my call. He quickly diagnosed the problem and retrieved the piece we needed. Within less than 2 hours of my call we had our heat restored. He was courteous, quick, and knowledgeable. The price was very reasonable.

I'm selling my home and I found I had an issue with my whole house air conditioning system. Mountain aire came to the house to look at it and identified an electric fan motor as the issue. In waiting for the call back from the parts supplier, the technician charged me $100 service call and said they will let me know about the part. Two hours later I receive a call that they can't get the part, and I need a whole new system that would cost about $3500. I understood and thanked them for their time. In getting another HVAC company to look at the same system the very next day, I had it fixed with new parts in under an hour. Talk about feeling cheated as a customer. I will never recommend Mountain Aire for anything. They should feel ashamed!! I wonder how many others they have done this too.

Poor after the sale service. Would not ever use them again.
